Christine Warner

Furry Godmother Petcare was founded in 2006 by Christine Sakos.  We are fully insured, and bonded, and pet cpr/first aid certified.  We provide daily dog walks, vacation visits, overnight care, selective boarding, and more, for all species.  We currently service Hunterdon and Warren Counties in NJ and Bucks County and Lehigh Valley areas in PA.

Christine Sakos has a lifetime of pet ownership and care behind her professional pet sitting business.  As owner and founder of Furry Godmother Petcare, she is dedicated to meeting the needs of her clients, both human and animal.  Christine is the main care provider for Furry Godmother Petcare and handles all of the scheduling.

Prior to pet sitting, Christine worked for 6 years in an animal hospital, both as a technician and as an administrator.  This provided her with a background in animal care, veterinary practices, client relations, and business.  She maintains a current relationship with the practice and her veterinarian is on standby for her pets and her clients pets.

She has many animals of her own that are like her children.  When she is not caring for other's pets, she loves spending time snuggling and playing with many dogs, cats, birds, and fish.

To further service the animal kingdom, Christine has a pet first aid/cpr certification.  Also in service, Christine has been involved in puppy rescue since 2007.  She has traveled dozens of times to North Carolina and rescued over 300 puppies, and mothers, who would have otherwise been euthanized.  In addition to puppy rescue, Christine has been involved with local animal shelters since a very young age and continues to volunteer and foster.

Staff

Furry Godmother Petcare has a few wonderful pet sitters besides Christine.  While Christine is the main pet sitter for the business, she does have backup in case of emergency.  Each member of the staff is an animal lover, pet owner, and very experienced and well trained.  You will always meet your personal pet sitter and know who is caring for your pets.  Feel free to call Christine at (908) 763-6079 to set up your free consultation visit with one of our wonderful sitters!
